I can’t express just how grateful I am for the dealers here at Burlington Kia. Paul sold me my brand new K4, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. My budget was very limited - I was working with very little down, and needed smaller payments a month. Initially, my case was looking unrealistic - but both Paul and Duane (from Finance) worked very hard to get it done. I can now happily report that I got exactly what I wanted, all while in a brand new beautiful car. I owe all of this to Paul and Duane - again, without them, this wouldn’t have happened! This is my second lease from Kia, and I’m very likely to return. It’s obvious their pivotal goal is to make their customers happy, and both Paul and Duane succeeded.
The customer service was phenomenal from the moment I logged on to the website. I was able to make a last minute appointment quickly and a salesperson was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Everyone had smiles on their faces and I was greeted right away. Diana was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She heard my concerns and showed me what options were available. Diana was patient and willing to answer any questions I had. I highly reccomend Burlington KIA but MOSTLY Sales Consultant Brian Bonner. He worked hard for me to get me an amazing deal not to mention, spent all the time I needed to learn all the technical equipment on the car. Nobody has ever done that for me not to mention, followed up very next day to ensure I understood everything, gave me his cell number if anything came up that I wasn't sure of. Best service I have received in a long time starting from the person that checked me in, I never had my vehicle vacuumed out before, I was impressed with that service. Service writer listened to what I had to say and was very polite. The mechanic that did the work was great did the service in a timely manner and I couldn’t have ask for any better..
Was referred to Burlington Kia and persuaded to test drive the Forte. Not only am I totally impressed and pleased with the car but the way I was treated by the dealership was top notch. The salesperson Cassie did her job to perfection showing me the car and all its features while not being "pushy" at all. The sales manager Dane was equally impressive and did everything within his power to get me the best deal possible. On a side note, while there picking up the car my daughter's retainer somehow went missing and calling Cassie the next day, she walked the parking lot and was able to locate it for us. I would say that goes above and beyond selling us a car. Totally thankful to Cassie, Dane and the dealership for a great experience.

Welcomed me at the door, good conversationalist, and she walked me out to my car and opened the door for me. This was a first time for me at any dealership. Very impressive. Sam(don’t know her last name) at the Parts section of the dealership. Amazing. I brought my 6 year old daughter and asked Sam for a pen and piece of paper for my daughter to draw pictures with. Sam gave me a personal bag of colored pencils and some paper. Her demeanor was genuine and caring. Again, amazing customer service. We are a Kia family and will continue to be. I bought my current Kia when I came back from my first deployment 8 years ago. I still love it as much as I did when I drove it off the lot for the first time. My wife has a Kia too and she is also a big fan. To be honest, I have sold so many Kias to my wife’s side of the family in the last couple years I feel like I should be getting commission haha. But yeah, love Kia and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Nothing short of an excellent experience.

I had the absolute best buying experience EVER at Burlington Kia. Everyone there were so nice. I may have been there for awhile but it didn't feel like that. I was having fun talking to other sales reps as well as my sales rep. My sales rep Dery Santos truly made my buying experience pleasurable. He took the time out to make sure I knew everything, he showed me everything with regards to my vehicle, showed me where all the departments were located so I'd know where to go for service and parts. He answered all of my questions. The sales & finance managers were also a true pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Burlington Kia to everyone!!!!
